If game devs really want to appeal to "a wider audience" then they shouldn't have stopped at the pronouns, vitiligo, scars/burns and disablities.
True diversity and inclusivity is achieved by adding the following:
comprehensive tits options (size, sag, roundness, perkiness, areola size/color, nipple length/size, milk content, veins etc)
ass options (size, plumpness, jigglyness, brap decibels, etc)
armpit and pubic hair options (hair length/color/thickness, sweatiness, ticklishness, flesh firmness, concavity depth, odor)
