Lower the windows as soon as possible, if they're electric they'll stop working eventually, so do it ASAP. Before you even hit the water, just stick your fat fingers on the button and start it going down.
Even if they only go down a little bit, that will still give you room to apply leverage to the glass, grab it with your hands and push/pull/etc to shatter it (pic related). Or some other solid object to apply leverage/force to shatter it.
If you can't get you windows down, you can still try the leverage breaking method with a long solid object, such as your headrest pins, stick it into the space between the window and the door frame and pull. Someone will post the Japanese video about it if my explanation doesn't make sense.
