It was lost media until some anon in Korea ripped and subbed it last December. It's kind of like the Aquarion and Macross movies in that it has some of the events from the TV show, but also a lot of different stuff.

It doesn't even have a Japanese dub. Satelite is in the credits, but it might not qualify as an anime depending on your definition.
