Saving can be difficult but when when you do have enough for a spark it's a nice feeling knowing you'll be ready. Especially since we never know what could be added next.

Sterio's follow ups do generate ViewPower so you should get a return and then some on it's cost. Also I forgot to mention if the Hero with Hunting Horn uses an AOE Sterio will use his 1st skill as an AOE despite normally being a single target skill. Also the 10% increase for Skill Activation from Hunting Horn stacks with Good Luck giving skill's secondary effects and sidekick passives an extra 30% chance. You can even get it to an extra 40% if you have Rutilix's Sidekick Passive maxed out which makes most effects 80 to 100% at that point.

Yeah some 3rd Skills are costly but newer Heroes tend be a lot more cost effective than older ones. Like Akashi's 3rd Skill costs 16,000 at Engravement Level 0 and without his Skill Tree and Ryekie's costs 23,000 at 4star and lowers to 18,000 when you increase his rarity to 5 star.

Are you wanting to summon just to summon? Because to me it sounds like you just want to summon right this minute. If that's then case wait for the event later this week never summon on the permanent banner unless it's the permanent banner tickets. But even with the extra 50 Ether Stones you'll have around 23 summons and that doesn't give you the best odds for anything of note. Honestly in my opinion if you're content with your current roster, can clear most content, and no one interests you on the upcoming banner I would just save for any favorites who might get an alt/already have one.
