How do you guys do it? There are 2 different sizing systems each segregated into sex classes that aren't scaled identically plus shoe width concerns. I tried a women's 12W (w for wide) as a men's 11 wearer and found the fit pretty good. What do you guys do?

Any Canadian trannies that can recommend stores in Canada that carry women's sizes up to 12/13 and have Wide sizing?
