Well, it's never explicitly stated, and during the story they exist in a post-apocalyptic world where fiat currency doesn't exist. However, with her being the queen of Japan, I'm sure she is very rich, either with old money she's collected over her long lifetime, or with valuable resources. So, I'd say she's pretty rich.
