Why am I doing this? Cause I pushed myself to the limits for the sake of my job. Pulling 12 hour days for the past 2 months. It was pure hell. Skipping workouts, eating McDonalds everyday, drinking white monsters till my heart started to flutter, drinking at happy hours to try and build rapport with coworkers. Routine porn/masturbation as a way to cope with shitty sleep. I literally took/taking Thursday, Friday and Monday off just to punish myself through this detoxing. It’s not about motivation. It’s about pivoting hard and changing gears. I could be “relaxing” aka eating pizza, sleeping 12+ hours, masturbating. But I’d still be the same sack of shit when I return to work on Tuesday. Fuck piecemeal, cold turkey or NOTHING. Even now I feel my stomach ache with hunger, my head hurting with Caffeine withdrawals, and whatever shit happens because of porn addiction. All I know is that this needs to happen.
