He is awfully designed though, whoever made his S2 needs to be slapped. Shifting gets fucked by the vast majority of bosses and an extremely large amount of elites and doesn't even do much damage. Phantom gets true damage, an (as of now) completely unresisted taunt, damage mitigation and slow.
