Hana has gotten order of magnitudes more popular, her face is plastered on huge billboards and she's shown accepting some award for social media trends. When she comes back to the office though she's still her usual dangerously casual self. As her and P talk it's revealed she's moving out of the 283 dorms and getting her own apartment. You get a few dialogue options where basically she keeps casually inviting P to her new home and he tries to awkwardly decline, also P takes charge of choosing all the furniture for her.

The card animation plays, P and Hana are at the airport, Hana thanks him for everything and says goodbye. P wakes up, it was all a dream he had while dozing off in the office and he finds Hana in front of him saying he was making a pained face in his sleep. She flicks his forehead to wake him up properly and cheer him up, so P spills the beans about the contents of his dream, which Hana interprets as him being sad about her moving out. She reassures him that she's not going anywhere and she'll always be by his side.

P is helping Hana during the actual move, emptying her dorm room. They reminisce about when she first moved in, and P confesses that back then he wasn't sure how Hana's idol career would go and he was pretty anxious about it. Hana asks him how he thinks things turned out, to which P replies she surpasses all his expectations. P goes right back to being nostalgic and Hana chides him for bring down the mood, but once again she reassures him that it's just her address that's changing, she plans on staying the same old Hana and to stick with P and Cometik as they begin "Suzuki Hana Chapter 2" [sic]

Overall cute commu if you're into hanaservice but there's no big twists or anything.
