>Sam still only interacts with other characters and NPCs through cutscenes
>porters are the only other characters visible during gameplay again
>entire plot is just boring backstory filler about Lou
This is..disappointing. I don't understand how it took 6 years to make what is essentially DLC for the first game. What were they doing?
