Why are police in America so bad compared to other countries? I would prefer a corrupt police rather than police with their heads up their own asses.

I have a speech impediment that causes me to speak with a slur, and every time I have an interaction with police they're trying to jam me up on charges, or I'm getting taken to do a breathalyser test while they tear my car apart looking for drugs.

I've still never been convicted of a crime but that's not due to police lack of trying.
