In Frog Canta Roccia team you have 8 enhanced attacks. Without Canta you have 5. 37.5% less. Enhanced attacks are roughly half of her damage, so 18.75% less damage
Canta amplifies Frog's on field damage with her outro by 20% and 25%. I have no idea how that works, but if it's multiplicative (it's not) then it is 33% damage loss (a bit less than that in reality). Again it's a half so ~16% loss.
So if Cantarella simply disappears, Frog will deal around a third less damage.
