Anglo? If they were actually true blondes, then those are a nordic celtic mix of anglo's. They aren't the original anglos like russel brand, rowan atkinson. Real anglos look dark haired and share more in common with the french or atlantid phenotype. Tan skinned to light skinned and brown/black haired.

Also you can see in that photo both of these women arent blonde they are brown/dark haired roots in their hair, lol.
