Game suggest to auto discard ATK% windward pilgrimage (Cartethyia set) 1-costs, and only keep HP% ones
which makes somewhat sense with the current rooster, as the set is mostly utilized by Cartethyia. Even if Aero Rover does contribute more total team damage when on the ATK% version of this set.

What am I to make of this? Is this Kuro telling us that there won't be any ATK scaling windward pilgrimage users in the future?

I also find it to be kinda trolly to have it keep aero% 3-costs in windward, when those are just bad - Carty want 3x 1-costs + 2x 4-costs.
