I wasn't aware you were running Seasons, because if you are, you need to tick this and select the seasons you want to generate.
I have mine set to exclusively autumn because I like that one the most, but you should probably generate all four

Seasons basically checks if seasonal LODs exist and, if they don't, it doesn't display non-seasonal ones as backup. This is probably meant to find mistakes like this.
