I strongly disagree.
If a big boob (think Hikaru Nagi or Mina Kitano) or flat chested girl (think Nozomi Arimura or Yayoi Mizuki) is going to drastically change up her whole image appeal they need to think carefully on how they go about shaping their body overtime. Fake tits in my opinion can look less offensive when a slim girl gets more meat on the bones after the surgery. Salmon Taniguchi's wife is a prime example of this. Nozomi Arimura however is the example of how bad it can look if the girl does not put on some extra pounds with the breast enhancement. Hikaru Nagi is the example that all natural big breasted woman should avoid at ALL COST as is severely decreases the value.
