IF you want to recruit slaves you got two major option one is to go to any UC slave trader and buy them or break into any place that keeps slaves and kidnap as many slaves as possible and then hope some of them join the squad, if you get tired of gabbling on the freed/bought slaves actually joining there is a mod on the nexus called player slavery its kind of a jank mod but it forces all slaves to join you as slave companions witch you can talk to and recruit in to your squad, another option would be to use recruitable prisoners and shove all the kidnapped slaves in to prison cells and then proceed to recruit them that way
