I think she’s pretty good! Raids is my favourite mode and Charlie can consistently SSS Gorgon, Opera Ghost, Lord of the Dream, and get solid scores against a few others as the sole DPS
Balancing her HP is easier than it sounds and also not as important as you might think. Vila is her best friend because of her crit buffs but Charlie is really versatile and the dispell on her ult is kinda unique and really useful!!!
