I also disagree, the appeal of a bot to me is that, even if you're the one who made it, there's still at least some level of surprise to how your conversations with it will go, unlike, say, writing the entirety of the dialogue for a story/game and then reading/playing it. With self-made bots you get to indulge in roleplay with a character that's tailor-made for you while still having that surprise factor.

I'm surprised at how close you managed to get it to the real thing, I tried Saragimaru a while ago and I couldn't get it to look anywhere near as good, albeit her outfit is a tad more complicated...
