But reincarnation has real recorded evidence all over the world. Regardless of nationality or religion or country. And noble principles are not meant to satisfy the ego. But it is there to reduce the ego.
All practices in Buddhism are intended to help the mind attain nirvana. It's not intended for anything else. Saying "You must not lie because it is against the precepts" is not intended to make a good person or a good society. That's a by-product. But its goal is not to make you feel bad or feel guilty.
Like doing other bad karma, it brings sadness to the mind and makes the mind "powerless".

Nothing belongs to us Your mind is not your own. You can't order him to be angry without thinking about some things first. or order it to be happy Like hunger and aging, our minds and bodies do not belong to us.
