I was hoping for a branch like this and was disappointed. If the DLC is route expansions instead of new ones then something like your idea should be done. Ima and Gaku sacrificing for their families gets lots of attention (rightfully so) but Darumi did something similar and it gets almost no mention, so seeing her caring and nurturing side would do wonders for her. I've also been thinking of a route with those three where they bond over being breadwinners
