hey john. nice work. i improved a bit on my cardio, it was a lift day for me but i wanted to take it easy because of my sunburn. squats are hard work, they're my worst lift and they really make my knees sore, i only do them once every 4 days, do deadlifts on the other days, but also a 4 day rotation between those. think i told you about that. and good luck on the slots. lot of nastiness in the thread today, but i feel like i posted well regardless, at least when addressed to my sweetheart. it's good to see a friendly face. also i got this protein shake at costco, oikos, it has 30 grams protein and some fiber in it and probiotics, lotta good stuff, only downside is it has stevia sweetener but most people don't mind that, keeps it low sugar anyways. think it might be right up your alley if you're trying to get more protein in your diet.
