Can you give me some feedback on my current workout plan? Made it myself so I'm a bit unsure.
Goal is to focus mainly on upper body and hypertrophy so I aim for a higher rep range on most exercises. Also due to my work schedule and side projects I can sadly only do 3 days a week right now. Also currently dips and pullups/chinups every time because I'm trying to get to muscle up range.
Mo:
Pull-up, Dips, Bench-Press, Overhead Press, Rows

Chin-up Dips, Incline Bench-Press, Triceps Pulldown, Biceps Bar Curls, Biceps Preacher
Fr:
Pull-ups, Dips, Squats , Romanian Deadlifts, Leg-Curls, Leg-Raises, Toe Leg-Press
