Looking for a website I thought I bookmarked
It was an artifact site you could use to filter all the different main stats and substats to see who all could make use of, say, an elemental mastery goblet with crit substats
I remember it had a dark gray background
It did not calculate damage or use your artifacts as input. It was a big list of the characters and what main stats + substats they make use of.
