Do you watch her Mañaneras, she always paints the US as an aggressive, hostile force who they have no choice but to negotiate with. She also promotes nationalism and reminds people that half of Mexico was stolen. She has Mexico primed for war if the US ever invades. Makes me believe she isn’t CIA. She could have negotiated with the cartel, hell, even Trump and previous US presidents have negotiated with them. They are multinational organizations, you can’t just ignore them at this point. But I think she negotiates in favor of the state, not just to do their bidding
