I just thought of something. The Azov fighter Valgear has talked before about cool gear he got from Ukrainians special forces types in Afghanistan. Maybe they are PMC or maybe protecting a diplomatic mission. These guys could be helping to smuggle drones into Iran or into Russia through the Stans.
