4chan is extremely rarely representative of mainstream thought and far more commonly comprised of niche, dissident thoughts. I'd be glad to see an anti-tranny gay movement on /lgbt/, not out of any acceptance of fags, but because two of my enemies bickering is always a good thing. Gays opened the door to this tranny menace and at the end of the day there's no real difference between the two. Fags were always disproportionate boy-touchers, just like trannies.
