Sorry, I forget some of you aren't wearing your glasses or are sitting 5m away from the screen. To continue arguing in good faith, then yes that would be the only downside aside from also being bigger. If you are wearing your glasses however, here it is zoomed in so you can see the dithering effect better when dealing with a limited colour palette to make up for the lack of "in-between" colours. Oh, and the fact that basically all your colours will be shifted to convenient colours that fit inside that 256 palette.
