perhaps her second set of arms could be thinner, clearly robotic, and more skeletal than the first (perhaps they are meant for typing or other precision tasks) and she can fold them up under her normal arms, behind, or against her body so she can appear more humanoid at a glance. personally i would put her second set of shoulders a little further up her waist, or even lower, on her hips, but i like her ant/spider girl vibes in general. it would also be cute if her missing arm was still technically present but stowed away under her shirt with an inop or lock-out-tag-out label that she tries to hide from inspectors, saying it's just missing to management is better than saying she's broken and needs fixing.
