The Book of Grudges is just as it reads on the tin. Dwarves essentially keep a lot of personal slights and faction hatred in a big book to remember and grumble hard about. The biggest and oldest book of grudges is maintained by the faction leader, Thorgrim Grudgebearer, and he writes each and every grudge in blood. Crossing out grudges in the book is considered a huge achievement, and it is his lifegoal to do so.
Lizardmen are sick because they're immune to Chaos, and are just primordial killers. Slann, in particular, are mages so powerful that they could shit on entire mountain ranges for fun. Elves WISH they were as sick as the slann.
