These were their allegations to the Appeal's Court:
-The alleged devaluation of NewJeans due to HYBE's practice of forcing album releases
-Production gap caused by the dismissal of former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin
-Negative public sentiment from what was claimed to be a retaliatory audit by HYBE and ADOR against Min
-The claim that member Hanni was told to “ignore them” by a manager from another HYBE label.
-Allegations of concept copying.

The court rejected all five.
