Let's take a look at every 2hu era (mainline only, it's tiring to include decimalslop but the 2nd windows era has the best decimal games if you're curious):

The 2nd windows era would easily be the best if it weren't for UFO. 3rd era has the highest highs but also the lowest low. You could say 1st Windows era is the most consistent one but it doesn't have as many kinos compared to 2nd and 3rd. I still wish the 3rd windows era got all the cool content and attention the first had (similar to those IOSYS songs) since i think the 3rd windows erahus are way better than the 1st windows erahus
