The free swimsuit is Rapi's same original body but with different clothes. The real issue is the new art direction for a while now, at least for some of these characters and you can notice when you directly compare to their former appearance. Overspec Rapi looks like dogshit compared to original and it's not as much design as it's the artwork quality. The issue only grows worse as time goes one and more characters get alts or gacha skins.
