She's not, she's just being tryhard because it's the first time there's any kind of downtime between missions and she wants to both bone the commander hard because she's pent up and she wants to honor Red Hood's wishes by getting Dorothy out of her vengeful loner stupor. It just comes off incredibly jarring because she has absolutely 0 tact when it comes to social situations because she's a fucking autist.
None of the ghosts possess anyone because they're just spooky electric currents. They're probably just an amusement attraction gone horribly wrong because it's a cruise liner for billionaires, since it's based off of an actual cruise ship made for... well, billionaires. Yes, the Utopia is a real fucking vessel.
