Unfortunately going to LA for a few days next week. Red pill me on golds gym and muscle beach.. Any other bodybuildings sites I should visit? Golds gym is probably crowded huh? Also my freind has some coke he claims is pure, I haven't done it in 11 years, whats it like?


How buff or ripped do I have to be to impress grills on the beach? I was actually in LA a few weeks ago but I was too busy to visit vennice but I did get some time in crystal cove and I was maybe getting mired left and right(they might have just been looking in my direction, i cant tell)
