That's from a short Halloween skit. Each character has multiple of those and you can choose which "unit" (version/release of a character) you want to use for those skits. Regardless of the chosen version the skits are identical dialogue-wise, but I prefer her Christmas unit for them, since that one has the best expressions in my opinion. In fact, back when I took that screenshot her original unit might not have yet had any additional expressions at all.
