Russian forces launched a series of attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region, targeting the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts with artillery, guided aerial bombs, and various types of drones, according to the regional military administration.
In the Nikopol district, which endured the majority of the attacks, communities including Nikopol city, Marhanets, Myrove, and Pokrovsk were struck by FPV drones and artillery fire. The shelling resulted in the death of a 65-year-old woman and left two other women, aged 76 and 78, injured and hospitalized. The attacks damaged approximately ten private homes, an enterprise, and other infrastructure, sparking several fires that were later extinguished by emergency services.
The Synelnykove district was hit by kamikaze drones and guided aerial bombs, affecting the Mezhivska and Pokrovsk communities. The strikes destroyed seven private residences and four buses. In the Kryvyi Rih district, a Russian drone struck the Zelenodolsk community, causing a fire and damaging a building.
