Secondly, 20 times more people die from cold temperatures than hot ones. Fossil fuels allow us to use machines to control temperatures in our homes, and this saves millions of lives. Even if the earth were warming very slightly more rapidly because of fossil fuels, this would not track with the catastrophe that the climate alarmists warn of.
