'sup my roonas, still alive albeit a lot fatter. Life takes priority over rooning, it was my mistake thinking troonmills would work for me but they fucking suck. Still doing daily 5Ks, at least it helped keep me from spiraling upwards.

Probably bad shoes or compounded wear on your feet. I'm getting older, I have an appointment to finally get rid of my foot calluses. What's your sock situation? I always had the worst rashes using cheaper socks until I phased them out.
