How would one even go about fixing the freeplay in stalkan then? Having a main storyline to follow is one thing, even CoC moved in that direction with the unreleased version having Clear Sky plot I think. So I can see stuff like Anomaly Anthology which ports over storylines from the trilogy and other mods, or Legend Returns with predefined character and plot for each faction being viable options. What else? Leveling?
