I loved this game but it creeped me out as a kid. Some music tracks, like pic rel and the Mansion made me uneasy. Then there was the overall uncanny valley of the prerendered areas, like Overdell, Ancient speed zone (die faster of old age btw), Misty trees, Ice sanctuary etc. Finally, as a kid I found it really unnerving how far the roaming digimon could follow you. Compared to some ps1 adventure games where the area of attention for enemies was very short.
