Don't blame you in the slightest, like I say the only reason I still play it is because of mods. If someone bought that shit on console they're completely sunk with what they have. Also I'm surprised they chose Shallot over A21 anyway, but I suppose you could argue this open doors at least, it'll get real interesting if they grow a pair and start ripping from heroes. An official Time Breaker Goku Black with all the forms to boot would make me fucking solid.
