I thought people were joking or exaggerating when they said that the panda was only good for Yixuan. No, he literally ONLY has any benefit whatsoever if used with Yixuan, he can't do anything else.

I'm aware of the benefits of the smaller roster and only 2 4 stars on each banner. Primarily that M6'ing is pretty goddamn cheap for 4 stars, and the animation budget per character can be higher, but characters with such incredibly narrow niches really isn't a great approach to take to compliment that small roster.
