Don't give Kibellah the electricity charge sword you find on Thessara. She just killed Solomorn, then Glaito, then the rogue trader, then Coppertongue on the same turn with each of her abilities. Only give it to her of she's going off alone on a flank or something. Having it in the big group in the middle of a fight was a huge detriment. I started off doing that but she killed her flank targets so I said "how bad can it be?" and sent her to join the middle. She dealt just about 360 damage to each of them, meaning she dealt 1440 friendly fire damage this turn lol
