Happens to the older rifles since they have to account for you equipping it on a doll with a modern rifle, or vice versa, so they have to be a similar size.
It kind of sucks, I'm hoping a future update will fix it, all they'd need to do is tweak the animations a bit.
I'd be pissed if they add Lee-Enfield and her rifle got the same treatment
