started lifting around 6 months ago and have seen good progress everywhere but my posterior chain - lumbar scoliosis makes it impossible to have safe deadlift form. i just tried rack-pulls for the first time today and pulling 90kg felt hard in a good way and not like my spine was going to explode. my question is what could i pair with rack-pulls to get balanced growth in my posterior chain as someone who's training it for the first time? any kind of standing squat is out of the question for me.
