If this was half a year ago, or last year, where meta was favouring support by giving them tons of gold + top objective, sure they were strong. But people complained about it so Riot gutted the supports. They nerfed the items, nerfed the top objectives, gave ADCs Yuntal, buffed ADC items, so on and so on. It was nothing as first but these buffs indeed stack.
