There hasn't been a Ukranian offensive in Kursk in weeks. They got exterminated, the Russians are attacking Sumy and the Ukranian government is trying to weasel its way out of taking the corpses collected from Kursk which the Russians are keeping in the freezer and trying to get rid of because electricity bill.
