Freemasons interpret it in their classic distorted way - Cain is the father of the true lineage of humanity, the bearer of knowledge (gnosis).
His descendants are the builders of civilization—smiths, musicians, inventors. Seth and his offspring represent a “false” lineage, imposed by the demiurge god.

Many Masonic legends (especially in the higher degrees) refer to Cain’s secret legacy, associating him with the archetype of the architect, the initiate, and the rebellious spirit.

You can see how they accentuate that trope in mass culture for example heavily in Genshin Impact (which itself massively filled with gnosticism and demonism - characters named as demons from Goetia):

>Khaenri'ah was a nation without a god — not because it had a god that died or abandoned them, but because it never had a god to begin with. It was a powerful nation, built purely by humans, an unprecedented flourishing and glorious civilization — it was the pride of humankind."

Approximately 500 years ago, for their irreverence toward the gods and possibly for attempting to "hack" the laws of creation (through alchemy and the creation of AI), Celestia (the current supreme divine power and source of authority in the world of Genshin Impact) — acting under the command of the Heavenly Principles — unleashed divine punishment upon Khaenri'ah, they were cursed and imprisoned underground after a major god-scale event called Cataclysm.

Main driving force behind the conflict of the game is Abyss Order formed from those who survived the destruction of the underground kingdom of Khaenri'ah and who seek revenge against the Heavenly Order and the nations under its rule.
