Last night on Russian state TV, during one of their main news shows, a soldier casually admitted to mutilating captured Ukrainian snipers, cutting off the index fingers on both hands.

Let that sink in.

Not leaked footage. Not hidden testimony. A public, televised confession of a war crime, broadcast to millions without shame or consequence.

This is the kind of barbarism Ukraine faces, and yet, some still talk about “peace” with these fascist invaders.
